Operation Oswego County is a private, non-profit organization that works to enhance and protect the business climate of Oswego County.
Our primary objectives are to help create new job opportunities, retain employment, build a broader real property tax base, diversify the economy and improve the area’s quality of life.
Since 1953, Operation Oswego County has delivered more than $3.2 billion in investments and created or retained 20,301 jobs.
OOC is governed by a volunteer, 30-member Board of Directors comprised of local business and community leaders who strive for economic growth policies which result in project development.
